Key Responsibilities:

1. Draft interactive nudges for web platform users in both Marathi and English.

2. Curate daily engaging activities for web platforms.

3. Design images, posters, banners, wallpapers for nudges, daily activities, and other

engagement avenues on the web platforms.

4. Record and edit videos as per project requirements.

5. Independently work to build mental health e-learning content for the MYCA app

6. Research on various topics related to Mental health.

7. Create content by using different digital elements like PPT, audio, videos, reels, etc.

8. Participate in project related outreach activities.

9. Create Google Forms for various surveys involving different stakeholders.

10. Assist in planning and executing academic and digital baselines for student development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or

related fields.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Marathi and English.
Creativity in content development and digital engagement (Example Canva).
Basic skills in graphic design and video editing preferred.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
