Endoenergy Systems Private Limited, an Indo-UK Robotics Engineering Collaboration founded by Professor Virk, is dedicated to developing wearable assistive exoskeletons for healthy ageing applications. The company envisions introducing affordable exoskeleton products to the international market to support daily living motions. We are currently looking for a dedicated Intern to conduct market research in the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on healthy aging applications. This internship offers individuals the opportunity to enhance their communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and empathy skills through real-world experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in Community and Stakeholder Management by identifying and contacting key organizations. - Organize events, sessions, and workshops for elderly groups, NGOs, and other stakeholders to raise awareness in the community. - Support in planning and executing market research projects, including surveys and analysis. - Engage in end-user activities to collect data from elderly individuals as part of a team. - Analyze collected data to determine business goals and requirements. - Prepare concise reports summarizing research findings and providing recommendations. - Conduct follow-up or home visits to ensure end-users" satisfaction and understand their real needs. Person Specification: - Completed or pursuing final year Bachelors/Masters in Psychology, Social Work, or related discipline. - Strong interpersonal and counseling skills. - Proficient in planning and event management. - Excellent networking abilities. - Time management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). - Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English (speaking and writing). - Supportive work environment with professional development opportunities.
