Intern in Market Research

You will be part of Endoenergy Systems Private Limited, an Indo-UK Robotics Engineering Collaboration focusing on developing wearable assistive exoskeletons for healthy aging applications. Your role as an Intern will involve conducting market research in the healthcare sector, specifically targeting healthy aging applications. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and empathy. Key Responsibilities: - Identify key organizations in the healthcare sector for community and stakeholder management. - Organize events, sessions, and workshops for elderly groups, NGOs, and other stakeholders to raise awareness in the community. - Assist in planning and executing market research projects, including surveys and analysis. - Engage with end-users, particularly elderly individuals, to gather data as part of a team. - Analyze collected data to determine business goals and requirements. - Prepare concise reports summarizing research findings and providing recommendations. - Conduct follow-up or home visits to ensure end-user satisfaction and understand real requirements. Qualifications Required: - Completed or pursuing final year Bachelors or Masters in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline. - Strong interpersonal and counseling skills. - Proficiency in planning and event management. - Networking abilities. - Effective time management skills. - Proficient in MS Office Applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel). - Fluency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English speaking and writing skills.
