Job Description

As an HR Operations Intern at our company, you will play a key role in supporting various HR operational functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Assisting with onboarding and offboarding formalities. - Creating, filing, and organizing HR & admin documents. - Helping in employee communication and documentation. - Coordinating employee engagement activities. - Assisting with facility management and maintenance coordination. - Maintaining inventory records for office assets and supplies. To be eligible for this role, you should have: - Education: MBA/BBA/Degree with Certification in HRM - Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam, English & Hindi. - Preference for male candidates with a driving license. This is a full-time job and the work location is in person.,
