Intern - HR Operations

You will be part of a team that ensures all trackers and employee files are updated accurately and comply with internal policies. It will be your responsibility to securely maintain candidate/employee information in accordance with relevant legislation and best practices. You will support HR operations teams, coordinate with subject matter experts, and provide proactive assistance with ad-hoc tasks to ensure delivery within agreed deadlines. Additionally, you may be assigned other ad hoc tasks or HR projects by the HR Head of sections. This is a 3-month role starting as soon as possible, requiring 8 hours of work daily from Monday to Friday. Having the ability to contribute new ideas, think agilely, and be a fast learner is important. Effective communication using appropriate channels in a clear, open, active, and honest manner is also required. Immediate joiners will be given preference for this position.,
