About the Job We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will offer hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Responsibilities Assist in posting job openings and screening resumes Schedule and coordinate interviews Support onboarding and exit formalities Maintain and update HR databases and employee records Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events Help in preparing HR reports and documentation Coordinate internal communications and announcements Support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with team members Remuneration: 10k IORA is an equal opportunity employer.
