Job Description

As an Intern HR in the Human Resource department, your primary responsibility will be to handle end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes screening candidates, coordinating interviews with department heads, and managing the joining and documentation process for selected candidates. You will also be in charge of maintaining personal documents of employees, as well as various MIS reports for new joiners. Utilizing MS Excel and MS Word, you will be expected to maintain databases and handle queries from new employees. Job postings on portals and social media platforms will be part of your regular tasks, along with assisting the HR team in other backend work as required. Additionally, you may be assigned various other duties and responsibilities by the management from time to time. To be eligible for this role, you should be a Graduate or Post Graduate, either as a fresher or with prior experience. A background in Human Resource-related studies is preferred, along with knowledge in recruitment, job postings, and HR operations.
