Intern – Event Support

Muskaan Foundation for Road Safety is dedicated to promoting safer roads and raising awareness about the impact of road accidents on individuals, families, and communities. As part of our commitment, we organize the UN World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims, an annual event that brings together students, educational institutions, key stakeholders, and community members to highlight the emotional and social dimensions of road safety through cultural performances.

About the Event:

This large-scale program gathers over 500 students from 40+ schools and colleges, along with 1500+ audience members from the community. The event uses creative mediums such as songs, theater, dialogues, and performances to reflect on the human cost of road accidents and foster empathy and awareness.

Role: Intern – Event Support

The selected intern will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of this impactful event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist event organizers with day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with educational institutions (schools and colleges) to facilitate participation.
• Communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with key stakeholders, participants, and volunteers.
• Provide logistical and operational support in organizing pre-event programs and activities.
• Support documentation, reporting, and feedback collection related to the event.
  

Qualifications

:

• Undergraduate or graduate student (minimum qualification required).
• Prior experience in event management or coordination is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Passion for social development and interest in road safety initiatives.
