Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work towards understanding client needs
Shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Source, screen, and shortlist profiles from job portals, networking sites, reference networking, and job hunting
Work towards having a good understanding of keywords and apply the same while searching resumes
Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders (managers, HR managers, team members, candidates, etc.)
Conduct first-level screening/interviews and share the right candidates with the clients
Schedule job interviews and assist the candidates in the interview process
Provide periodic reports to management on operations and generating returns.
