Our Description Urja NGO is a dedicated social organization focused on the holistic development of women and children in rural and urban areas. Established to empower marginalized communities, the organization works tirelessly to uplift their socio-economic status through various initiatives. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern, located in Indore. The Intern will assist with program implementation, data collection, report writing, and organizing community outreach events. Additional tasks may include conducting research, supporting administrative work, and coordinating with volunteers. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software Experience in the social sector is a plus Pursuing or holding a degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field Passion for social change and community development
