Job Description

As a Customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for digital solutions, you will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships between the company and its clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring smooth delivery of services. - Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and ensure seamless project execution. - Managing and coordinating project delivery to meet client expectations within budget and on time. - Monitoring client satisfaction, resolving issues promptly, and delivering a high level of customer service. - Developing and presenting regular reports on project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics. - Monitoring client accounts, tracking key metrics, and identifying growth opportunities. - Assisting in developing digital strategies to help clients achieve their business objectives. - Supporting the business development team in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development. - Managing and tracking client feedback, suggesting improvements to internal processes. Your skills and qualifications should include: Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams. - Effective management of multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and web development. - Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing client needs. - Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Proactive client servicing approach to exceed client expectations. Education: - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
