𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Liaise with staffing vendors to source and manage contract (C2C) resources.

• Coordinate with candidates from online ads: schedule screening calls and initial assessments.

• Follow up with clients after CV submission to schedule interviews and gather feedback.

• Generate screening reports and update candidate tracking in Google Sheets and Airtable.

• Manage interview schedules and provide timely status updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

Communication: Excellent spoken and written English; confident telephone manner.

Organization: Highly organized with proactive, timely follow-ups.

Technical: Proficiency in Google Sheets and Airtable.

Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours or weekends if needed.
