Interior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior design and fit-out projects on-site. The ideal candidate will coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of all on-site activities. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail in interior construction and finishing work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to interior works including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to execute project plans.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and report progress to project managers or clients.
• Resolve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow among different teams.
• Verify the quality of materials delivered and workmanship at each stage.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and ensure timelines are met.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, checklists, and progress photos.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor in interior fit-out or construction.
• Diploma or certification in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of interior works such as false ceiling, flooring, partitions, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations.
• Proficient in using basic project tracking tools and mobile apps for site reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on high-end residential, commercial, or retail interiors.
• Familiarity with local suppliers and contractors.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
