About the Role
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out and turnkey projects at our studio in New Delhi. The role involves day-to-day site management, coordination with contractors and vendors, and ensuring quality and timely execution of works across interior, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities to ensure smooth execution as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams to meet deadlines.
Monitor material usage, maintain site records, and prepare daily progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Identify and resolve site issues promptly to prevent project delays.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey projects.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and site coordination.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
