Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Interior Site Supervisor/Project Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinating with various subcontractors and laborers, monitoring and maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves liaising with clients to understand their requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in Gypsum work, Partitions, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical work, Air Conditioning, Painting, Polishing, and Civil work
• Project management skills, including budgeting, time management, and resource allocation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team coordination
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage project timelines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory or project management position is a plus
