Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary: We are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Interior Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day activities at interior project sites. This role demands strong coordination skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and trades while maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and timelines. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site execution of interior projects including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and design intent. Coordinate between contractors, vendors, clients, and the design team to ensure smooth operations and progress. Maintain daily site records, checklists, and progress reports. Track project timelines, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion of milestones. Inspect workmanship, material quality, and resolve on-site technical issues promptly. Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and site discipline. Manage site resources and inventory to avoid material shortages or wastage. Conduct site meetings and update senior management on progress and challenges. Handle snagging and ensure site handover is completed with zero defects. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey projects. Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture preferred. Strong knowledge of interior materials, detailing, and construction methods. Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and services drawings. Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage labor teams effectively. Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools. Preferred Traits: Clear communicator with assertive leadership. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
