Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee our ongoing interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site visits, coordinating with fitters and vendors, ensuring timely hardware installations, and maintaining quality and safety standards at the site. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Supervision Conduct regular visits to ongoing interior project sites. Ensure execution is as per design drawings and specifications. Maintain site discipline, cleanliness, and safety. 2. Coordination with Fitters Communicate clearly with fitters/carpenters regarding daily tasks. Resolve on-site issues related to fittings and materials. 3. Material & Hardware Management Ensure availability of required materials and hardware at the site. Monitor the correct usage and avoid wastage or delays. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely delivery. 4. Quality Control Perform quality checks on ongoing and completed work. Identify and correct defects or deviations from standards. Ensure high-quality workmanship throughout the project. 5. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily work progress logs and site reports. Update the project manager regularly on-site status. Record any issues or delays and suggest actionable solutions. 6. Timeline & Task Management Ensure all site activities stay on schedule. Plan and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Handle multiple sites if required, ensuring timely follow-up. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision. Strong knowledge of interior fittings, hardware, and carpentry work. Ability to read and interpret interior layouts and drawings. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)
