Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to plan and schedule. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing workforce productivity, inspecting work quality, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves regular communication with project managers and clients to provide updates and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing on-site construction activities and interior fit-outs
• Ability to coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project managers effectively
• Strong understanding of civil, electrical, and MEP works
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to provide regular updates and communicate effectively with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred
