Job Description

Position - Interior Site supervisor

Requirements and skills:

Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
Excellent portfolio of previous works
Communication and presentation skills
Project management skills
BS degree in Interior Design/ Diploma in interior Design

Skills:

Technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional AutoCAD knowledge and drafting skills.
Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations.
Knowledge about interior elements and building structures.
Formulate design, which is practical, aesthetic & conducive to intended purposes.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, Sketchup.
Site Visits.
Site Measurements.
Draft Layout.
Should possess good Communication and presentation skills.

Requirements:

Minimum 3+Years of Professional experience in interior designing.
Excellent decision making and problem- solving skills.
Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials.
Only Male Candidates.
Understanding of technical drawings.
Proficient in AutoCAD & drafting skills.
Quantity Assessment - Proficient in MS Excel.
Must have knowledge of SketchUp/3Ds-Max.
