Job Overview

Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all interior site activities from start to finish.
• Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings (2D/3D).
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
• Ensure quality control, timely execution, and adherence to project timelines.
• Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress updates.
• Check materials delivered on site and ensure compliance with BOQ specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and communicate progress with project managers and designers.
• Monitor health & safety practices at the site.
• Handle client interactions and site walkthroughs when required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Freshers/ 1–3 years of experience supervising interior site work.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, fittings, and finishes.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and layouts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
