Interior Site Supervisor

As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site installation of modular and custom furniture to ensure timely execution, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Your role will involve managing workers, coordinating materials, supervising fittings, reporting progress, and ensuring site readiness and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules. - Supervise on-site workers, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely task completion. - Coordinate timely procurement and availability of materials and tools. - Conduct checks to maintain quality standards and compliance with design specs. - Serve as the on-site client contact to address queries and ensure satisfaction. - Oversee furniture fitting and installation for quality and functionality. - Manage external teams to ensure quality and timelines. - Liaise with design, production, logistics, and dispatch teams. - Maintain detailed reports including progress updates, photos, manpower logs, and checklists. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain site cleanliness post-installation. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in site supervision or a similar role. - Strong understanding of furniture installation processes and quality standards. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams. - Attention to detail and the ability to maintain thorough documentation. - Knowledge of safety standards and a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is preferred. The work location is in person, and the expected start date is 06/09/2025.,
