Interior Site Supervisor

We are a growing interior design firm delivering stylish, functional, and quality spaces. We’re looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee project execution and bring our designs to life with excellence and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior design and fit-out projects.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Manage and monitor site workforce including contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
• Maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance at the site.
• Track project progress and report updates to the project manager and management team.
• Coordinate material deliveries, check quality, and manage site inventory.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions promptly.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks within allocated budgets.
• Liaise with clients, designers, and vendors for smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of site supervision experience in interior projects (residential & commercial).
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, POP, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• Must be flexible to travel to different sites across the city.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
