Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior design and fit-out projects. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Manage and monitor site workforce including contractors, vendors, and labor teams. Maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance at the site. Track project progress and report updates to the project manager and management team. Coordinate material deliveries, check quality, and manage site inventory. Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions promptly. Ensure timely completion of tasks within allocated budgets. Liaise with clients, designers, and vendors for smooth execution. Requirements: Minimum 1+ years of site supervision experience in interior projects (residential & commercial). Strong knowledge of carpentry, POP, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
