We’re looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee project execution and bring our designs to life with excellence and efficiency. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior design and fit-out projects. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Manage and monitor site workforce including contractors, vendors, and labor teams. Maintain quality control and ensure safety compliance at the site. Track project progress and report updates to the project manager and management team. Coordinate material deliveries, check quality, and manage site inventory. Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions promptly. Ensure timely completion of tasks within allocated budgets. Liaise with clients, designers, and vendors for smooth execution. Requirements: Minimum 1+ years of site supervision experience in interior projects (residential & commercial). Strong knowledge of carpentry, POP, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing works. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability. Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, or related field preferred. Must be flexible to travel to different sites across the city. Perks: Opportunity to work on high-end interior projects.
