Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily on-site activities related to interior works such as partitioning, ceiling, flooring, painting, carpentry, and MEP coordination. Ensure all interior works are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high finishing standards. Maintain daily site reports, including labor deployment, work progress, material usage, and incidents. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Resolve site issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of work. Collaborate with the project manager and design team to review and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Monitor and control wastage of materials and resources on site. Communicate project updates and escalate major concerns to senior management. Qualifications and Skills:Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Proven experience (3–5 years) in supervising interior fit-out or finishing works. Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and best practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, or project management tools (preferred). Familiarity with safety and compliance standards (OSHA or local regulations). Work Environment:Site-based role with exposure to construction environments. May require extended hours, weekends, or evening work to meet project deadlines.
