Interior Site Supervisor

We’re looking for a hands-on Interior Site Supervisor to lead execution on-site and ensure our projects are delivered on time and up to standard. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site execution of interior projects (retail outlets, showrooms, offices, etc.). Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams to ensure efficient site operations. Implement design drawings and specifications with precision and accountability. Conduct daily site inspections and maintain strict quality control. Track material deliveries and maintain inventory control at the site. Update project managers regularly with progress reports and photos. Enforce safety standards and site cleanliness. Resolve on-site challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of site experience in interior fit-outs, preferably in retail or commercial projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, MEP coordination, and finishing details. Ability to read and execute technical drawings and BOQs. Good communication and coordination skills. Tech-savvy with basic MS Office and WhatsApp reporting.
