Role Overview The Site Supervisor cum Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing interior and infrastructure project execution at the site level. The role involves supervising contractors, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating materials, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely completion of work as per drawings and specifications. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works. Interpret and execute architectural & engineering drawings on site. Monitor workforce, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines. Ensure quality control and compliance with design, specifications, and safety standards. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to Project Manager. Coordinate with procurement team for material requirements and ensure proper storage & utilization. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical/site issues. Maintain site records including attendance, measurements, work progress, and material usage. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal project teams for smooth execution. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions. Qualifications & Skills Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field. 4–6 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Outs, Infrastructure Projects, or Construction Supervision . Strong understanding of civil, interior finishing, and MEP works . Proficiency in reading & interpreting AutoCAD drawings and BOQs. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project). Good communication, leadership, and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple contractors and ensure timely completion. Knowledge of safety practices and site management. Role Overview The Accounts Executive will support the finance team in daily accounting activities, record keeping, and compliance tasks. This role is best suited for candidates who have basic knowledge of accounting principles and are eager to learn and grow in the field of finance. Key Responsibilities Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Tally/SAP/QuickBooks). Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions. Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and expense vouchers. Support monthly bank reconciliations. Book Keeping, Balance Sheet, Taxation, Zoho Books Maintain proper documentation of bills, invoices, and supporting records. Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax compliance under supervision. Help in preparing financial statements and reports. Support internal and statutory audits by providing required data. Coordinate with vendors/customers for routine accounting queries. Qualifications & Skills B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. 0–5 years of experience in accounting (Freshers with internship experience can also apply). Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS preferred). Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho ERP is a plus).
