Interior Site Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site in Delhi & Gurugram locations. Your role will involve understanding client requirements and acting as the interface between the client and various departments within the organization. It is essential for you to comprehend the technical requirements of the work and effectively communicate them to others. Providing positive direction to motivate teams and ensuring quality performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. As a project overseer, you will be required to set project goals and see them through to completion. Effective communication with clients regarding implementation queries is crucial. Previous experience in implementing interiors for high-end premium Villas/Residential Projects is preferred. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the site in Delhi & Gurugram locations - Understand client requirements and act as the interface between the client and various departments - Comprehend technical requirements of the work and effectively communicate them to others - Provide positive direction to motivate teams and ensure quality performance - Set project goals and see them through to completion - Communicate effectively with clients regarding implementation queries - Prepare interim and final reports and submit them to both the client and management - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors - Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in the Residential Interior Industry - Be proficient in multitasking - Stay updated with new developments in the design industry - Be proficient in Auto-CAD and MS Office - Coordinate clients and designers from concept to the final stage Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience in the Residential Interior Industry - Previous experience in implementing interiors for high-end premium Villas/Residential Projects preferred - Excellent communication skills - Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors - Proficiency in Auto-CAD and MS Office - Pleasant personality and ability to stay updated with new developments in the design industry Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift preference.
