Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities 1. Site Management: • Oversee daily site operations to ensure the project progresses on schedule. • Monitor the site to ensure all work is performed efficiently and meets quality standards. 2. Team Leadership: • Supervise and coordinate the work of laborers, tradespeople, and subcontractors. • Provide guidance, training, and support to on-site staff. 3. Project Coordination: • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure project specifications are met. • Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, and schedules. 5. Resource Management: • Monitor and manage the use of materials, tools, and equipment. • Coordinate deliveries and ensure proper storage of supplies. 6. Problem-Solving: • Identify and address issues or delays that arise during the project. • Implement solutions to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. 7. Reporting: • Maintain detailed daily logs and reports of site activities. • Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to project stakeholders. Key Skills and Qualifications • Proven experience in site supervision or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. • Proficiency in project management software and tools (if applicable). • Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure. • A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to and from project sites. Work Environment: • Primarily site-based with occasional office work. • May require working outdoors in various weather conditions. • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as project demands.
