Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Site Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring timely progress, and maintaining quality standards. Among other duties, the supervisor will ensure compliance with designs, safety regulations, and project timelines, while keeping clear communication with the design and project teams to address challenges and update on developments. Supervising material handling, site logistics, and monitoring resource allocation will also be regular tasks for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project supervision, site operations, and daily progress management.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and design teams.
• Knowledge of Interior materials, quality standards, safety protocols, and building regulations.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and communicate specifications effectively on-site.
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in interior and construction project supervision is a strong asset.
