Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled Interior Site Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site activities for interior projects, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports, and update management. Manage material procurement and inventory, ensuring timely availability. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and timelines. Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid project delays. Liaise with clients to address queries and maintain clear communication. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out/turnkey projects. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes for interiors. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, project management tools, and site reporting.
