Interior site engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee on-site interior work execution, manage labor and vendors, ensure quality standards, and complete projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
• Manage manpower, materials, and tools at the site efficiently.
• Check measurements, materials, and finishes to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report daily site status to the Project Manager.
• Ensure timely completion of work and adherence to safety regulations.
• Handle on-site issues, resolve technical problems, and maintain discipline among workers.
• Verify contractor bills and site material usage.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary: Based on experience and project performance.Reporting To: Project Manager / Interior Designer / Site Head

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
