Interior site engineer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Site Engineer with experience in civil and interior construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on knowledge of construction tools, methodologies, and project management software (especially Primavera). Ownership of a personal vehicle and laptop is mandatory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, the candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks completion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute on-site civil and interior work as per project timelines and quality standards.
• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and reporting.
• Ensure safety and timely completion of work.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for material procurement and work progress.
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, owner billings and project related accounting issues.
• Use software like Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Excel for planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Excellent project planning, execution, and site supervision skills.
• Proven experience in civil and interior works within the construction industry.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Interior Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager.
• Proficient in Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and team coordination abilities.
• Own vehicle and laptop are mandatory.
• Willing to travel to different project sites.
