Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution: Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for interior fit-outs and refurbishments.
Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring work quality meets design drawings, specifications, and brand standards.
Coordination: Liaise with architects, designers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Planning & Monitoring: Plan work schedules, monitor progress, and ensure efficient use of resources to meet deadlines.
Documentation: Prepare site reports, maintain site diaries, log issues, and manage project documentation.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical difficulties, site issues, and delays promptly.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Material Management: Oversee material procurement, delivery, and inventory.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reading Technical drawings.
Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
