Interior site engineer

As a Site Engineer or Project Engineer in the Site Operations department, your primary responsibility will be to handle interiors and finishing works for commercial spaces such as office spaces and hospitals. You will be managing the site, coordinating with labor, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the accurate execution of designs and drawings with professional quality. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate leadership skills to effectively manage the site - Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing - Utilize your expertise in finishing high-end interior designs - Coordinate effectively with labor, subcontractors, and clients - Understand and execute designs accurately with a keen eye for detail - Ensure commercial projects are completed within set timelines - Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously - Foster a sense of ownership and teamwork among team members - Anticipate client needs, identify problem areas, and effectively mediate to resolve issues Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Site Executive or Site Engineer in handling Commercial Interior sites - Diploma in a relevant field You will be expected to be resourceful, proactive, and willing to travel up to 50% of the time. The job type is full-time with the possibility of working day shifts, night shifts, rotational shifts, and weekends.
