Job Summary

The Interior Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing site execution of interior projects. The role involves coordinating with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, timelines, and safety norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of office interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, etc.).
• Interpret drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy in implementation.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and project managers to resolve site issues.
• Manage contractors and manpower, assigning work and ensuring productivity.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain site records, including daily progress reports, measurements, and material usage.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with site regulations.
• Liaise with procurement for timely delivery of materials.
• Assist in snagging and handover process after project completion.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out/site execution projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
