The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior project sites, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, contractors, and the design team. You will be accountable for executing work in alignment with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.

You must be capable of working collaboratively within a team while effectively handling on-site challenges. Key responsibilities include supervising daily site activities, monitoring progress, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of all works in coordination with contractors, suppliers, and the design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities related to interior design projects from initiation to completion.
• Act as the main link between clients, designers and vendors to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Responsible for efficiently managing the execution of turnkey interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop, update, and track project timelines, records, and progress reports.
• Prepare interior project quotations in coordination with the design and procurement teams.
• Plan for timely availability of materials, resources, and equipment to avoid delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to review progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Monitor expenses and ensure all work is executed within the approved budget.
• Assist in sourcing, evaluating, and managing vendors and contractors.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, finishes, and current market trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in interior project coordination, site supervision, or related roles.
• Proficiency in preparing cutting lists and interior cost quotations.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, and multitasking.
• Ability to handle tight deadlines and manage multiple ongoing tasks.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
