Role Overview:

Interior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilites:

• Supervise and monitor interior site work to ensure execution as per design and quality standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other contractors for smooth execution.
• Review technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
• Manage material procurement and inventory based on project requirements.
• Track project timelines and provide daily progress updates to the management.
• Identify and resolve any site-related issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to regulations at all times.
• Conduct quality checks during and after installation.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication and professional conduct.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision or project execution.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, modular installations, and on-site execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office / Project Management Tools.
• Willingness to travel to project locations across Chennai as required.
