Role Overview

As an Interior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing high-value interior design projects. You will collaborate closely with the design and execution teams to ensure client satisfaction while meeting revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (residential & commercial).

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and real estate partners.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements.

• Collaborate with design & project teams to create customized proposals.

• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handover to the execution team.

• Track market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales/business development (preferably interiors, real estate, or luxury segments).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.

• Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Interior/Architecture background is a plus).
