Job Title: Sales Manager – Interior & Exterior Commercial Projects (Kannada Mandatory)

Location: Bengaluru Karnataka

Experience: 5–10 years in B2B Sales (Commercial Interiors & Exteriors)

Industry: Interior Design / Exterior Façade / Architecture / Construction / Building Materials

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead business development for both interior and exterior commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a passion for design and construction, and must be fluent in Kannada to effectively engage with regional clients, contractors, and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in commercial interiors and exterior facade solutions.
  • Generate leads through architects, builders, project consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation, proposal presentation, negotiation, to closure.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.

3. Market & Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new materials or design technologies.
  • Promote the company’s full range of interior and exterior offerings – including fit-outs, facade systems, cladding, glazing, roofing, landscaping, etc.
  • Suggest new business strategies to expand market reach in Karnataka.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the design and project execution teams for smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback updates for management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales of commercial interiors, exteriors, façade, or related building materials.
  • Fluency in Kannada (spoken & written)mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of design, materials, and construction processes.

Compensation:

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in commercial interiors, facades, cladding, glazing, ACP, roofing, or fit-out projects.
  • Local candidates or those familiar with the Karnataka market preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the state for business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
