Position: Interior Manager (Site-Based)

Job Summary:

Are you an experienced Interior Manager with a passion for delivering quality fit-out projects? Join our team and lead the successful execution of interior works while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all interior fit-out and finishing activities at the project site.
• Supervise contractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain and monitor project schedules, budgets, and site progress reports.
• Enforce safety standards and compliance with design specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact between site teams, architects, and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in

  interior fit-out

  and

  project management

  .
• Strong understanding of

  construction materials, finishing works, and design drawings

  .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting.
