Interior Designer – (Workplace)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer specializing in workplace environments, based in Bengaluru. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to design office spaces that align with the client's vision and functional needs. Your daily tasks will include space planning, creating layouts and construction drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining Officebanao’s commitment to creating innovative and impactful work environments.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Space Planning and a strong understanding of Architecture principles
• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in Interior Design
• Ability to select and coordinate Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
• Strong project management, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly preferred
• Prior experience working on office or workplace design projects is a plus
