𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the contractors to managing and executing the design.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Undertaking design project from concept to completion after talking to customer.
• Interpreting and translating customer needs into rough plans.
• Supervise work progress
• Work closely with designers, architects and constructors
• Making presentation for client as per their selections and requirement.
• Creating 2D/3D design plans, mood boards, and visualizations.
• Selecting Furniture, Fixtures, and Fittings
• Managing timelines, purchase orders, and bills.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning)
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray
• Excellent portfolio making skill in PPT.
• Communication and presentation skills
