Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing and executing interior design concepts, space planning, and layouts; preparing detailed 2D drawings and construction documents; creating basic 3D models and visualizations; and assisting in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, consultants, and site teams, conducting site visits, and ensuring that design intent, quality standards, and timelines are maintained throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in interior design (residential and/or commercial projects)
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency in space planning and interior design principles
• Experience in preparing 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction documents
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, lighting, and hardware
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar tools preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively
