Job Description

Key Responsibilities Accurate site measurements and identify leakage sources at project sites. Prepare detailed waterproofing design layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD. Coordinate with the execution/production team for smooth workflow and timely completion of waterproofing projects. Manage the entire installation & execution process of waterproofing systems (liquid membrane, APP, PU, cementitious, etc.). Ensure waterproofing solutions are practical, durable, and aligned with client requirements. Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Provide technical guidance on material selection, application methods, and site execution. Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and ensure quality control throughout the project. Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Prior experience in waterproofing, civil execution, or building maintenance is required. Good understanding of waterproofing materials, RCC structures, and site execution standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients. Friendly and approachable personality with a professional attitude. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sites/projects efficiently.
