Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative Interior Designer to join our team at KW Group. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, hands-on project experience, and market knowledge of materials. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring functionality and aesthetics align with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and project objectives.
• Develop design concepts and detailed layouts, including furniture, materials, and finishes.
• Prepare and present design proposals using sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings.
• Source and select appropriate materials, furnishings, and accessories.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovative materials, and technologies.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing professional support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Interior Design.
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of material selection, space planning, and design principles.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in both residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Strong market exposure for material selection and vendor coordination.
• Leadership qualities to handle multiple stakeholders and project requirements.
