About the Role:

Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and develop interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and site coordination to ensure flawless execution.
Work closely with contractors, vendors, and consultants to maintain quality standards.
Present design concepts and material boards effectively to clients.
Ensure adherence to industry trends, building codes, and functional requirements.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (knowledge of other design tools will be an advantage).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and client expectations.
Creative problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
