Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:1. Design DevelopmentCreate design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for residential and commercial projects. Prepare mood boards, 2D floor plans, and 3D renderings for client approval. Develop detailed working drawings, joinery details, and material specifications. Maintain design consistency and aesthetics across all project stages. 2. Client InteractionConduct client meetings to understand requirements, preferences, and budget. Present design proposals effectively through visuals, samples, and narratives. Incorporate client feedback and ensure timely approvals. 3. Project CoordinationWork closely with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is executed on-site. Coordinate with procurement teams for materials, furniture, and finishes. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues. 4. Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate project documentation — including design drawings, revisions, and approval logs. Update project timelines, budgets, and progress reports. Support senior designers or project leads in preparing BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates. 5. Team CollaborationCollaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery. Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technology to bring innovation to every project. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. 2–5 years of professional experience in interior design (luxury/residential segment preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong aesthetic sense, spatial awareness, and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
