Interior Designer

Design Concept & Planning

• Develop creative design concepts, space plans, color schemes, and material selections based on client requirements and brand identity.
• Prepare and present mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ensure all designs meet functional, aesthetic, and safety standards.

2. Client Interaction

• Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and project goals.
• Present design proposals, revisions, and material samples for client approval.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment throughout the project.

3. Project Management

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for implementation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure design integrity and quality control.

4. Material & Vendor Coordination

• Research and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes according to design specifications and budget.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage procurement to ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with market trends, product innovations, and sustainable design materials.

5. Technical Documentation

• Produce detailed construction drawings, floor plans, elevations, and lighting layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or related software.
• Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations.

6. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, architects, and decorators to integrate design solutions.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior designers or interns.

7. Quality & Compliance

• Conduct site inspections to ensure design specifications and workmanship standards are met.
• Address design challenges and make on-site adjustments when necessary.

8. Innovation & Development

• Continuously research emerging design trends, sustainability practices, and new technologies.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance company design standards and client experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
