Interior Designer

Summary of the Position:

We are looking for experienced senior interior designers with 5 years of progressive work experience, creative, innovative with proven expertise and knowledge of all phases of an interior design project to manage project deliverables. Will be working closely with the design team. Responsible for developing design concepts for corporate/residential/retail interior projects and lead client presentations. Pitch in co-ordination with internal team, vendors and suppliers for installation and until project handover.

Responsibility:

• To provide pre- design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.
• To participate in project meetings with customers should be able to briefly understand their requirements, validate & provide the optimum solutions to design and handle the project.
• You will work closely with the operations team in delivering the projects with high quality in the given time period.
• Manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromising quality, budget, or schedule.
• Organising project meetings and Client presentations as needed.
• Provide quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverable.
• Travel for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings and site visits as required.

Will also perform any additional responsibilities as may be requested or assigned from time to time.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, ability to convey complex proposals/designs efficiently.

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in interior design.
• Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles.
• Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise towards quality.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D (isometric view), 3D Max with 3D rendering, Google sketch up, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Ms.office (word, excel, ppt)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,393.93 - ₹43,108.03 per month
