Interior Designer

Job Title: Junior Interior Designer Company: Decore Spaces by RI Interior Works LLP Location: Aundh, Pune (On-site) Job Type: Full-time � About Us Decore Spaces by RI is a growing interior design and turnkey execution firm specializing in residential and commercial interiors. We focus on creating functional, aesthetic, and timeless spaces with a strong commitment to detail, quality, and client satisfaction. � Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Interior Designer who is passionate about design, understands industry workflows, and is eager to work on on-ground projects. You will support the senior team in concept creation, drawings, client presentations, and site coordination. � Key Responsibilities  Assist in developing concepts, mood boards, and design ideas for client projects.  Prepare accurate 2D drawings in AutoCAD (layouts, sections, elevations).  Create 3D models and renders in SketchUp / related rendering tools.  Support in preparing BOQs, material boards, and presentations.  Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for execution.  Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation. Ensure design output matches project timelines and quality standards.  Work closely with the senior designer/project manager to implement design changes. � Required Skills & Software Knowledge  AutoCAD (strong command required)  SketchUp (basic to intermediate)  Knowledge of V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape is an added advantage  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  Good understanding of materials, finishes, and interior detailing  Strong visualization skills and design sense � Qualifications  Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or Architecture  0–2 years of experience  Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome � What We’re Looking For  Creative mindset with attention to detail  Good communication & presentation skills  Willingness to learn and take responsibility  Ability to work in a fast-paced, design-driven environment  Team player with positive attitude � Benefits  Opportunity to work on real & high-end interior projects  Learning environment with exposure to both design + site execution  Growth opportunities within the firm
